How to make a claim
Call 020 8908 2426 and ask for the claims team — we'll personally guide you through every step, liaise with the insurer's loss adjuster on your behalf, and chase settlement until the claim is paid. Most policies require notification within 24–48 hours of the incident, so call as soon as you can. Out of hours, message us on WhatsApp 07954 331362 and we'll respond first thing.
