The escape-of-water exposure

Every plumbers PL policy has wording around escape of water — but the depth varies enormously. The best wordings cover: water damage to the property you're working on (often excluded as "care, custody and control"); damage to adjoining premises; consequential business interruption to a neighbouring business; and the cost of locating the leak (trace and access).
